Unpacking Gender Bias: A Virtual Reality Experience In-Person
What happens when a young female coder joins a male-dominated floundering startup that’s deep in an identity crisis?
UTURN is an innovative virtual reality experience that places the viewer in the middle of two intertwined stories, told from a female or a male character perspective. Viewers can choose what perspective to watch at any time. Only the scene being looked at can be heard through a unique spatial sound design. Whatever the viewer misses changes the perspective on the overall story. This event aims to raise awareness of gender bias and diversity issues through VR and group discussion. We hope you can join us!
