Mental Health Trends at Bryant (60 minute session)

Presenters: Dr. Noelle Harris (Director of Counseling Services), Robert Richards (M.S., L.M.H.C., L.C.D.P., Assistant Director of Counseling Services), Dr. Joseph Trunzo (Professor and Chair, Department of Psychology), and Dr. Christine McAuliffe (Lecturer, Department of Psychology)


This presentation will explore in depth representative clinical cases in an effort to increase awareness of the distress reported by college students at Bryant and nationally. By examining the data on university mental health trends, we hope to foster a deeper appreciation of the services provided to Bryant students by the Counseling Services staff. This session will also provide an opportunity for faculty to discuss concrete strategies for dealing with mental health issues that can be implemented in the classroom.
