International business education faces unprecedented disruption from geopolitical tensions, trade conflicts, polarization, and AI. Teaching must evolve to reflect these new realities while remaining relevant, engaging, and innovative. How do we share the excitement of an interconnected global economy with today's students? How can we leverage experiential learning, technology, and AI as learning tools rather than crutches? This session explores strategies to transform IB pedagogy, equipping the next generation with work-ready skills for an uncertain world.
